About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Civil Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team, based in Balcatta. This position is permanent position with our client on a Monday to Friday roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Lead pre-starts and promote strong team engagement.

Monitor HSE and quality compliance, addressing any issues.

Manage site paperwork including timesheets and permits.

Optimise resources and reduce waste.

Attend site meetings and maintain client relationships.

Support and mentor team members on site.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in civil construction.

Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of earthworks and underground utility installation.

Proven HSE and quality control experience on site.

Excellent team leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).

Valid WA manual driver’s licence.
