About the role
The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general administration support to the Senior Project Manager and team supporting the successful delivery of the digital program and is actively involved in the administration and coordination of various project deliverables. This includes activities such as project invoice management and accruals, project reporting and administration as well as developing and improving coordination processes.
The Project Coordinator will also be accountable for gathering information and developing reports, arrange key meetings, prepare governance meeting agendas, minutes and actions items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure action items are addressed.
About the Team
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager within the Digital Delivery branch, you will be joining a supportive, encouraging and collaborative team who are always willing to assist one another.
What we’re looking for
Experience in project administration is a prerequisite, project coordination is essential
Demonstrated Understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery phases
Strong stakeholder experience
Excellent relationship building with proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach
