The Role:
Reporting to the Director, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee all aspects from Design Development through to Project Completion / Defect stages and so forth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 4-5 projects in various stages of the project life cycle
• Lead the project team, including head contractor and external PM, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local councils, planning authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and address project challenges, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring clear communication on project status and key deliverables.
• Manage the design, and construction phases for future projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• MUST HAVE experience in delivering apartment projects, ideally on the client side.
• Strong understanding of planning, design, construction processes, and local building regulations.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, variations, progress claims etc.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
