This is an exciting full-time Sales Consultant opportunity with a leading provider of residential project homes in the Wollongong, Illawarra & South Coast NSW region. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling high-quality, customisable home designs to prospective customers, helping them find the perfect home to suit their lifestyle and budget.

About the Opportunity:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in guiding clients through the home-building journey. This role includes:

Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the home selection and purchase process

Selling Knock-Down Rebuilds, Contract Homes and House & Land packages

End to End Sales Process

Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to contract signing

Generating sales leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience

Working from display homes; including weekend shifts

Collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for:

A proven track record in sales, preferably within the Residential Construction Industry- Volume

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand and meet customer needs

A consistent track record of high performing sales

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Proven ability to manage the sales pipeline using CRM Systems.
