Role: Sales/Marketing Administrator
Location: Southern Suburbs, Brisbane
Salary: $80,000 per annum plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise professionally with internal and external contacts, including agents, conveyancers, contractors, and vendors
• Provide comprehensive support to agents throughout the sales process from pre-listing through to settlement
• Prepare and manage marketing documentation and ensure all contracts/files are compliant with legislative requirements and agency standards
• Perform general administrative tasks related to current property listings
• Coordinate and prepare pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents, and sales contracts
• Maintain and manage the client database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

About You:

• Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of experience in a dedicated Sales Administrator role within the real estate industry
• Strong technical and systems knowledge with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, articulate, and professionally presented
