The Position:

We are seeking an INX pro – an enthusiastic and dedicated Site Administrator with strong INX experience who can hit the ground running.

As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the village, overseeing front desk operations, managing the accommodation system, coordinating travel logistics, and handling various office administrative tasks.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will be expected to provide hands-on assistance across other areas of the village as needed.

The Person

Minimum of 2 years site administration experience.

Strong INX experience is essential for this role.

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

A team player with a professional and friendly attitude.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong INX experience

WA Drivers Licence

National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or willing to obtain one

RSA Certificate
