We are excited to be working on this unique Executive Assistant position for a global investment business. Supporting two Managing Directors, this is a busy role that requires you to be two steps ahead at all times. You need to be able to manage a heavy work load and have a cool head at times of pressure.

This diverse and dynamic role is a mix of everything and anything the office needs day-to-day and to you are the person that just gets things done. The team will rely heavily on you to keep the office in order. You will need to have a outgoing yet firm personality, ability to prioritise the needs of the business and to multitask multiple jobs and conflicting deadlines.

Your day to day duties might look like:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Client management and liaising, ensuring the smooth and tactful handling of client queries
  • Assist with complex reports, presentations, engagement letters and general correspondence
  • Gatekeeping and screening calls and emails for your executives
  • Travel organisation, both domestic and international
  • General secretarial support
  • Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and engaging on a professional level
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, greet guests, and organise catering and refreshments where required
  • Work alongside the other EAs collaboratively to ensure smooth nature of the business dynamic

Ideal candidate profile:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant
  • Financial service/professional service background preferred
  • Strong people management skills – are you someone that can speak with anyone regardless of their position? We want you!
  • Experience with project management - planning, implementing, and executing
  • Outgoing personality and great attitude
  • Capable of multitasking on projects/initiatives of various size and complexity
  • Established time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Maturity, warmth, professionalism, and team orientation all rolled into one!
