We seek a high professional candidate with at least 2-4 years of proven experience in Property Management and who holds an Agents Representative or licensed Certificate.

Core Responsibilities:

• Daily management of property portfolio
• Handling rental payments and property maintenance
• Efficient management of bond claims and lodgements
• Conducting open home inspections & processing rental applications
• Drafting and preparing lease agreements
• Serving as the main point of contact for Rental Providers and Renters
• Conducting comprehensive property condition reports and routine inspections
• Updating online advertising and promotional content
• Lodging VCAT applications & representing at VCAT hearings proficiently
