About the role

Enerflow Mining Services is seeking skilled Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Perth, Western Australia, this role will provide critical maintenance and repair services to support our mining operations. As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will play a vital part in ensuring our heavy machinery and equipment remain in optimal condition, enabling our business to deliver efficient and reliable services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of heavy mining equipment, including excavators, haul trucks, dozers, and other mobile plant

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on diesel engines and related components

Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used

Assist with the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to maximise equipment availability and performance

Collaborate with the broader maintenance team to optimise workflow and resolve complex issues

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent

5+ years of experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, preferably in the mining industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical expertise

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety

A valid driver's license

What we offer

Hourly rates ranging from $80 - 95ph depending on experience

2/1 and 2/2 rosters

On-going contract and contract to perm options
