Skilled Labourers & Operators Needed for Civil Works Across the Murraylands

Zancott is on the lookout for experienced, reliable, and hands-on Civil Labourers and Plant Operators from Mannum, the Riverland, and Mid North regions to join a series of civil works projects.

This is a local opportunity - not FIFO. Candidates must reside in the region and be willing to travel to site.

We're looking for:

LABOURERS
Must have proven experience in Civil and Construction works

OPERATORS
Skilled and ticketed for plant such as Roller, Loader, Excavator, MR/HR truck

To be successful, you'll need:

• Solid hands-on road construction experience
• A strong safety focus and team-first attitude
• Relevant tickets/qualifications for machinery operation
• A valid White Card - essential
• Car & licence preferred (some remote work involved)
• Ability to work across Murraylands, Riverland & Mid North regions

Please note:

• Face-to-face interview required at our Stepney office
• Must pass a Urine Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Complete a Fit for Work assessment
• Provide valid work rights and two references
