The Role:
As the Corporate Receptionist your core duties involve the management of the busy front desk, being the face of the organisation whilst assisting the wider team with general administrative duties – this is a role where you play a pivotal role in the true success of the business
Duties:
- Management of the front desk and switchboard
- Organising meeting rooms and board rooms
- Booking and coordination of client appointments
- Assisting the Executive Assistants with an overflow of work
- Stationary ordering
- General administration duties
About You:
- Previous Reception or Administration experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Personable and professional manner
- Ability to multitask
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional coordination skills
- Immaculate presentation
