Role Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is suited to a creative professional with strong spatial sensibility, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes across all project phases. You will contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of interior spaces that align with both the architectural intent and the client’s aspirations. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time roles, depending on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare presentation materials including mood boards, finishes palettes, and visual renderings.

Produce comprehensive interior documentation including joinery details, construction drawings, finishes schedules, and specifications.

Have a strong knowledge of FF&E selection and specification

Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

Assist in preparing client presentations and attend meetings as required.

Support the project team through all stages, from concept to completion, including construction administration when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong proficiency in Revit (this is essential and non-negotiable)

5-10 years of experience in Australia with a strong background in high-end residential projects

In-depth knowledge of FF&E

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also manage tasks independently.

Good time management skills with attention to detail

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and rendering tools such as SketchUp or Enscape

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Experience in commercial/retail interior design is a plus
