An opportunity is available for an experienced Practice Manager to work for a busy, specialist doctor primarily based in Joondalup.

The role will include working with reception and clinical staff, overseeing the smooth running of the clinics, and helping grow the already established practice.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the day to day running of the clinics (including satellite clinics) with regard to staffing, scheduling and office supplies

Manage invoicing and debtors

Collaborate with the physician regarding practice development, particularly service improvements and patient outcomes

Qualifications and experience:

Previous experience in practice management or similar role

Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Medicare online claiming

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Dr Scott Claxton is an experienced and highly regarded Sleep and Respiratory Physician in Perth, who has a well-established practice that he is wishing to expand further.
