We are now looking for a Business Development Lead with strong experience in the resources and energy sectors to bring in new clients and drive business growth, with the peace of mind that delivery is fully managed by a dedicated team.
What’s the role?
This role is focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding TSS’s presence in the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will focus on generating leads, building new relationships, and expanding our client base, all while knowing our delivery team will handle the execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Generate and identify new business opportunities in the resources and energy sectors through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to open doors for new business.
Leverage TSS’s reputation and existing client base to attract new clients and expand into untapped markets.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth client transitions while focusing on business development.
Develop and execute strategies to grow our market presence and maintain a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within the resources and energy sectors.
Comfortable with autonomy and working independently to generate new leads.
Experience in white-collar, technical recruitment.
Strong drive to create fresh business opportunities and expand our client base.
Excellent networking and communication skills with the ability to form meaningful relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about securing new business.
