About the role

Cuba St. Coffee Roasters is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand/Cafe allrounder to join our vibrant team in Marcoola, QLD. As part of our Hospitality operations, this role will be responsible for a variety of food preparation and service duties to support our popular cafe.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation of a range of cafe-style meals and snacks, including sandwiches

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and food preparation areas

Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and serving customers

Restocking and rotating food and beverage supplies as needed

Supporting the team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar kitchen, cafe or hospitality role, even in a casual capacity

Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

A genuine passion for food and hospitality
