Based in Graceville, our growing team of six psychologists delivers thoughtful mental health support to people of all ages.

Now, we’re ready to welcome a Practice Manager who’s energised by variety, loves solving problems, and wants to grow alongside the business.

About the Role

This is not your standard admin job. You’ll wear a few hats—part operations, part strategy, part client support—and play a key role in how we scale the practice. You’ll work closely with our Director (a GP with a background in healthcare startups), clinicians, and our clients to ensure every interaction feels seamless, warm, and thoughtful.

We’re starting with 12 hours per week (ideally across Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday), with a flexible mix of dedicated and ad hoc hours. Over time, this role can grow with you—into more hours, more responsibility, and greater leadership.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for client and clinician support

Manage scheduling, waitlists, triaging, and onboarding

Brainstorm ideas and work with the Director to improve systems, processes, and growth strategies

Handle admin tasks: invoicing, Medicare claims, third-party payments

Oversee clinician onboarding, HR processes, and staff communications

Support marketing activities: writing short blogs, helping with social posts, GP outreach

Pick up occasional practice errands and tasks (e.g. creating welcome packs)

Help with special projects and business ventures beyond psychology—events, launches, and more
