Senior Hair Stylist – Casual Position

About the Role

Tone Hair Design Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Stylist to join our team in Berry Springs, NT. This is a casual position offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle, while giving you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative salon environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Provide a full range of hairstyling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments

* Deliver personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored styles

* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon

* Assist with inventory management and stock ordering

* Mentor and support junior stylists, sharing your knowledge and expertise

* Play a key role in contributing to the salon’s ongoing success and growth

What We’re Looking For

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified hair stylist

* Strong technical skills across cutting, colouring, and styling all hair types

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* A genuine passion for the latest hair trends, techniques, and continued learning

* Experience mentoring junior stylists is highly regarded

* Certificate III in Hairdressing (minimum requirement)

* A positive, can-do attitude with flexibility and adaptability

*Stylists who bring an existing client base will be highly regarded and supported in continuing those relationships
