For the Senior Stylist Position we are flexible with Casual, Part-Time and Full time positions and prioritise finding the right fit for our team.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking 2 individuals to join our team, an experienced hair stylist who brings knowledge, confidence, and expertise, as well as an apprentice who is looking to immerse themselves in everything hair! We will offer mentoring and training in extensions so you can learn and develop new skills in a supportive setting.

Senior Stylist Qualifications and Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques for all hair types

Proven ability to maintain a strong client base

Hair extension experience/knowledge is an advantage

A devotion to providing an exceptional client experience

A friendly, confident, and bubbly personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Self-motivated, reliable, and honest

Neat and tidy presentation

Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends

Supportive and fair team player

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a conversational, educational, and empathetic approach with clients

Responsibilities:

Perform various hair treatments, including cutting, colouring, highlighting, colour corrections, balayage and styling

Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer recommendations

Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for clients

Pay Rate:

$35 - $42per hour for a confident & experienced hairdresser
