Workforce Extensions of Osborne Park is on the lookout for multiple skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Applicators, TA's and Labourers to come and work for one of Perth's most reputable and fastest growing businesses in this very niche sector of industry. Experienced professionals are sought to assist in the delivery of high-quality high-quality flooring systems across a range of industrial, commercial and residential projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Proven experience in epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems.
* Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques (grinding, shot blasting, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret job specifications and safety procedures.
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
* White Card (Construction Induction) required.
* Driver's license and reliable transport essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and apply epoxy coatings according to project requirements.
* Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
* Maintain clean and safe work environments.
* Work with project managers to ensure timely and successful job completion.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
* Competitive pay based on experience -Labourers up to $38/hr & Applicators up to $42/hr - penalty rates payable on all overtime hours - $22 / day travel allowance.
* Full-time, stable employment with our client with opportunities for overtime after successful completion of 3 months as casual with Workforce Extensions.
