About the Role

This is an exciting FIFO opportunity for a Geology Assistant to join the dynamic team at ROCKFORCE, a specialist provider to Australia’s mining and exploration sector. This role is based at a Tier 1 mine site in the Northern Territory, with flights provided from any major city in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with core processing including metre marking, orientation checks, cutting, and sampling for dispatch

Support geologists in field surveys, mapping, and data collection

Maintain and organise geological records and databases

Contribute to safety, environmental, and site compliance procedures

Assist with administrative tasks and preparation of geological reports

Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in mining or exploration

High attention to detail and confidence handling geological samples

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Strong work ethic and interest in the mining and exploration industry
