As a Pre-Construction Project Engineer, you’ll be involved from the ECI through to site handover, working closely with Estimating, Design, and Delivery teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Design coordination and consultant management
• Reviewing documentation and identifying constructability issues
• Managing procurement and early trade packages
• Assisting with programming and methodology planning
• Stakeholder liaison including clients, councils, and utility providers

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Management.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or complex projects
• Strong understanding of design development, D&C contracts, and authority approvals
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
