Sunshine Coast Realty Group PTY LTD, situated in the exciting area of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, is on the lookout for a dedicated & experienced Property Manager to join our team on a casual basis with room to grow and expand. Role Details:

Property Inspections: Conduct routine and entry/exit inspections, ensuring properties are well-maintained.

Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and issues, fostering positive relationships.

Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and arrange necessary property maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.

Leasing and Documentation: Manage leasing processes, including applications, agreements, and renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property status, tenant issues, and maintenance for property owners.

Flexible Schedule: Work 2 days per week, with the possibility for additional hours based on business needs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property management or a related field.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

A customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

A current driver's license and reliable transportation.
