Key Responsibilities:

Property Manager (with support)

Serve as the primary point of contact for owner and tenant communications

Manage new leases, lease renewals, and bond/rent arrears

Conduct property inspections, including routine, exit, and entry inspections

Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs

Handle trust accounting, Property Me

Caretaker

Reporting to Operations Manager

Carry out daily caretaker tasks

Perform swimming pool checks and cleaning

Handle general cleaning and gardening duties (main cleaning is done by contractors)

Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks

Meet with contractors and supervise their work

weekend duty roster may be required

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate (Property Manager role)

Has at least 2 years of relevant experience

Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering great service
