The Role

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Delivery Driver to join our Sydney team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transport of deceased pets and their ashes, while providing excellent customer service to grieving pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

Collect deceased pets from veterinary clinics, homes, or other locations with care and professionalism.

Deliver ashes and memorial items to clients in a timely and respectful manner.

Maintain a clean and presentable company vehicle.

Communicate sensitively with clients, offering support and answering queries.

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company protocols.

Requirements

Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent driving and navigation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and professional demeanour.

Physically able to lift and handle pet carriers

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is a plus.
