Location: Newcastle across Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, and the Hunter Region, including locations such as Silverwater, Prestons, Banksmeadow, and Maitland.

Employment Type: Part-Time (1–2 days per week)
Contract Type: Initial 3-month trial, leading to a 12-month contract

Position Summary

The Delivery & Service Technician plays a vital role in the delivery, installation, and maintenance of Elora’s cleaning products and automated wash systems at concrete and construction sites across Greater Sydney. This field-based role involves working independently, servicing clients across a flexible route, and acting as a trusted representative of the Elora brand on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Elora cleaning products to customer sites using a company delivery vehicle (truck)

Pump product into on-site IBC in accordance with safety and handling protocols

Install, inspect, and maintain Elora’s automated wash application systems

Conduct scheduled service visits, ensuring equipment functionality and client satisfaction

Communicate weekly schedules and route plans with the operations team

Maintain service logs and documentation for deliveries and site visits

Identify and report system faults, maintenance needs, or process improvements

Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Represent Elora with professionalism and excellent customer service

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Full, valid driver’s license with no suspension history

Experience in or knowledge of plumbing, fittings, and fixtures

Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills

Ability to work independently, problem solve, and follow processes

Understanding of WHS protocols on commercial construction sites

Preferred:

Forklift license

Medium Rigid (MR) truck license

Dangerous Goods license

Previous experience in a service, delivery, or field technician role

Work Conditions

Part-time role, approx. 1–2 days per week (8-hour shifts)

Work schedule is flexible and determined in advance weekly

Travel across Greater Sydney and the Hunter Region, covering sites from Banksmeadow and Silverwater in the east to Glendenning and Smeaton Grange in the west and southwest, and extending north to the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Maitland areas.

Some manual handling of hoses and equipment is involved
