1 x EXPERINCED FULLTIME BARISTA / ST LEONARDS (IMMEDIATE START)

operating in heart of North Sydney & St Leonard's business area.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The delivery of:
Daily coffee & cafe operations - All aspects
Assigned area cleanliness and organisation is of the highest standard
A superior level of product standards to ensure the ultimate level of customer satisfaction (i.e. quality product).
Feedback regarding strengths, weaknesses and conflict is actively given, received, accepted and actioned
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 12 months’ barista experience
Passion for providing quality coffee
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and initiative
High level of personal presentation and hygiene
Excellent communication skills
Weekly Roster range - Monday to Friday mainly 6am - 3pm (Rotating weekends shifts available if wanting more shifts)
