About the role

Black honey & Brew' is seeking a talented and dedicated Barista to join our team in Narrabeen, NSW. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping to maintain our high standards of coffee excellence. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced café environment and be part of a passionate and professional team.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks to delight our customers

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the café

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained

Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience as a Barista, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional coffee and customer service

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and the ability to prepare a wide range of espresso-based drinks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
