This role will operate closely with the State Manager, and the one on one training received will be fantastic.

You will get to learn to Underwrite niche market risks, deal with policy administration, you will work with brokers and regularly attend broker meetings with the State Manager .

You will be made to feel a part of the national team, getting training from all around the country.

This role will quickly develop, where it goes can really be up to you !

This role will suit someone who:

Has 1-3 years Insurance Experience.

Ideally within an underwriting environment, (Heavy Motor/Construction/Plant & Machinery exposure would be advantageous), OR Claims (within the same products).

Someone with confident IT skills

An individual with a fun, positive personality.

Someone who is confident with great relationship building skills, as you & the State Manager will be the faces of the business in WA).

Someone who sometimes can work by themselves unsupervised.

Someone keen to take on a role that will be fast paced and have huge amounts of potential to develop into many areas and learn other product lines.
