We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a state-of-the-art, fully accredited Residential Aged Care Facility in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive, collaborative environment—one where staff feel empowered and residents experience a genuine sense of home and community.

The Role
At this modern and well-equipped Aged Care Facility, the Facility Manager plays a vital role in leading the team and overseeing daily operations to ensure continued excellence. This position is also key to cultivating a supportive atmosphere where staff feel motivated and residents enjoy a true sense of comfort and belonging.

Responsibilities

Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency

Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards

Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth

Key Candidate Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration

Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
