We’re on the lookout for an experienced Utility Engineer to join our high-performing team in Blacktown area, supporting the smooth and safe operation of our beverage manufacturing facility. If you’ve worked with glycol and ammonia systems, boilers, air compressors, water treatment, and electrical distribution, this is your opportunity to step into a critical role in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As our Utility Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising all site utility systems including:

Ammonia and glycol refrigeration systems

Steam boilers and compressed air systems

Water treatment plant and wastewater systems

Electricity

You’ll play a key role in keeping our facility running efficiently and safely, minimising downtime, and supporting sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualification or engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar)

Proven experience in a utilities or maintenance role within manufacturing (beverage/FMCG )

Strong understanding of refrigeration (ammonia/glycol), boilers, and water systems

Electrical experience highly regarded

Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and analytical skills
