The Benefits
- Salary $110,000 - $130,000 + Super + Laptop
- South Sydney Location
- Rolling 6 Months Fixed Term Contract to the end of the Project

The Role
The Junior Project Manager will provide project support to the Snr Project Managers mainly across commercial leasing and Development Approvals. Responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining complying development certificates (CDCs) prior to works commencing
- Tracking of all development applications
- Chasing land lord approvals
- Obtaining approvals from installation sites
- General support to the project team
The Requirements
- Previous experience and knowledge of commercial rent agreements
- Strong project experience supporting large businesses
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
