About the role

As the Centre Manager at Precious Moments Early Learning Centre in Madeley, WA, you will be responsible for leading and directing the entire operations of the childcare facility. This is a full-time role that will see you driving the strategic vision and day-to-day management of the centre to ensure the highest quality of care and education for the children.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the overall operations of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, policy development and implementation
• Providing strong leadership and direction to the teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Ensuring the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements for the childcare industry
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families, the local community and other stakeholders
• Monitoring the centre's performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Championing the centre's values, philosophy and educational program

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior childcare management role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and other regulatory requirements for the childcare sector
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
