Our client is seeking proactive, intelligent and well-organised Family/Wills & Estates Lawyers to join their reputable Family Team. You will be working as part of a team providing support to Senior Partners, including:
representing Government clients; and
attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.
What you'll be doing
Manage a diverse caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and other related issues.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process
Prepare and file court documents, negotiate settlements, and appear in court as needed
Conduct legal research, draft correspondence, and collaborate with the wider legal team
Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Contribute to the growth and development of the Family Law practice
What we're looking for
Qualified lawyer with 3+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior Associate) of post-admission experience in Family Law
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and related matters
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and commercially-focused advice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for clients
Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development
As a valued member of the team, you will have:
