About the Role:
As a Hub Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, integrated responses to individuals and families experiencing family violence, child wellbeing concerns, and other complex needs.

We're looking for practitioners who:
🔹 Have a minimum of 6 months experience working at The Orange Door
🔹 Hold a relevant qualification in social work, community services, or a related field
🔹 Bring strong risk assessment, safety planning, and client engagement skills
🔹 Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
