At GIG, we’re revolutionising sales training and corporate culture. Based in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, we’re seeking motivated Appointment Setters to connect with clients across New Zealand. You’ll help potential customers discover top-tier insurance solutions while advancing your own career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage potential customers and introduce them to superior insurance options.
• Communicate the benefits of policy reviews, sparking genuine interest.
• Qualify leads and maintain clear records for handoff to insurance specialists.
• Collaborate with our sales team to refine lead generation strategies and exceed targets.
What You’ll Need:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A growth mindset and desire to excel in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus.
Benefits:
• Base salary of $60,000 plus commissions, with OTE of $80,000+.
• 38-hour workweek, Monday to Friday—no weekends.
