We’re hiring a Full-time SUPERVISOR for our Western Suburbs restaurants, with training across either Highpoint, Watergardens or Werribee. Final placement will reflect where your strengths and leadership are needed most, with room to grow across these locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Championing Customer Experience:
Above all, you’ll be setting the standard for what exceptional service looks like. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and wowed — every time.

Running the Floor:
From the front-of-house to behind the scenes, you’ll keep the restaurant humming. You’ll guide your team through each shift, ensure service is seamless, and solve problems with professionalism and poise.

Coaching & Development:
You’ll be a key part of training and mentoring staff, supporting their growth, and helping them thrive in a positive and high-performing team environment.

Operational Leadership:
You’ll take ownership of daily operations, helping the Restaurant Manager deliver smooth, successful shifts while hitting service, presentation, and quality standards.

Previous Hospitality Experience: Ideally in a leadership role, but we value attitude and customer-focus above all.
