About the role

The role is responsible for the management and technical support of the organisation's mainframe systems to support service delivery. The role provides technical support and advice on related technologies to users across multiple platforms, ensuring changes to the environment including complex deployments are managed and have minimal risk to the NSWPF and its data.

You must also address each of the following Target Questions (300 word limit per question) in the text boxes provided in the online application or attach as a separate document.

Target Question 1:

Provide evidence of your knowledge and experience in the implementation, maintenance and administration of mainframe z/OS systems software and infrastructure.

Target Question 2:

Provide evidence of your experience and ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, respond to emergency situations effectively, and deliver to deadlines while managing competing priorities from multiple stake-holders.
