About the Role

As the Civil Engineering draftsperson, you will draft and update construction drawings using CAD, ensuring quality execution and team collaboration based on project requirements and feedback, while adapting to changes and providing technical support to construction teams. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and great time management abilities.

Job Description

Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects working from sketches or notes.

Prepare drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

Correlate, interpret, and modify data obtained from topographical surveys, well logs, and geophysical prospecting reports.

Collaborate closely with project members for efficient communication and high-quality project execution.

Modify and update drawings in response to feedback and alterations.

Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary

Requirements

Must hold at least a college diploma.

Prior 3 years of experience as a civil engineer draftsperson will be advantageous.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis.

Proven problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on developing effective design solutions.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English and Mandarin).

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
