About the Role:

We are seeking a Service Enablement Lead to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of primary health care services across rural regions. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for service scheduling, logistics, fleet and procurement coordination, contract compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll also support strategy development and implementation to enhance sustainability, effectiveness, and quality of care.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and support a team of service enablement officers

Service Coordination: Plan annual schedules, coordinate clinic logistics and travel arrangements

Fleet & Procurement: Oversee resource availability and ensure smooth operational flow

Risk & Quality Management: Mitigate delivery risks and promote high clinical standards

Reporting & Data: Manage program data, monitor KPIs, and support reporting for funding and compliance

Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with internal departments and external partners

Community Promotion: Lead communications to raise awareness of services and assess accessibility needs

Strategic Input: Contribute to service sustainability plans and grant proposal preparation

✅ About You:

Proven experience in an operational leadership role within health or not-for-profit sectors

Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a positive team culture

Comfortable working with clinic or health management systems (e.g. Best Practice, MMeX, MS Teams)

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities

Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, or Logistics (or equivalent experience)

Ability to travel to regional clinic sites when required

Must have full working rights in Australia
