We are looking for vibrant Customer Service officers to work at a high-profile, state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, café facility located in the Northeastern suburbs.
About the Role
Working on a casual basis, you will be required to perform a range of administrative / reception tasks including:

• Swim School
• Birthday Parties
• Health and Fitness assessments
• Special events

• Customer service - (face to face, as well as phone and email communication)
• Cash handling and EFTPOS transaction
• Perform bookings for Centre Programs and services Including:
• Maintain cleanliness of reception, retail and foyer area

About you
You are enthusiastic and have a focus on enhancing a positive customer experience. You may be studying or are not available all of the time but have some weekday availability and can work on weekends as required.
You have the clearances - or are willing to attain below clearances to allow you to be eligible for work in a recreation centre:

• A current National Police Clearance
• A DCSI Working with Children check
• First Aid and CPR
• Child Safe Environments Training

The centre operates 7 days per week until 10pm so flexibility with availability is important.
