The Company
Our client is a prominent residential developer-builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects across Sydney. With multiple high-rise and mixed-use developments in the pipeline, they offer the unique opportunity to lead projects from inception through construction - all under one roof.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship residential development exceeding $100 million in value. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all project phases including design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover

Manage consultant and contractor performance to ensure project milestones are met

Oversee construction programming, budget control, and cost reporting

Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams

Ensure full compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements

Drive clear communication between all project stakeholders

About You

10+ years' experience in project management, ideally with a developer-builder

Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects ($100M+)

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and design coordination

Solid understanding of NSW construction codes and planning processes

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
