Gaming Manager – Reepham Hotel

Reepham Hotel is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Gaming Manager to become an integral part of our leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and staff, while ensuring smooth and compliant operation of all gaming-related activities.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming room

Lead, develop, and support other gaming staff

Ensure a welcoming and responsible gaming environment

Maintain high standards of presentation and service

Coordinate training to ensure compliance and service excellence

Champion and implement the venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

About You:

Service-minded with a strong attention to detail

Driven and proactive

Experienced in gaming operations within a venue

Capable of fostering a positive, performance-based culture

Able to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends

Essential Requirements:

Current RSA

All relevant gaming courses

Previous experience in a similar gaming leadership role
