The Role

As a Flick Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/schedule their services and speaking with incoming calls, leads, to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct all required outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Flick

Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained.

Transition and or upgrade current customers to Flick’s most suitable new services

Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented.

Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Minimum requirements

Strong work ethics and team player.

Enjoys interacting with customers.

Microsoft experience – Outlook, Microsoft, Excel, Word - essential.

Call centre or retail experience – desirable.

Excellent communication skills - essential.
