Jadore Hair Supplies is a market leader in providing premium hair extensions to salons and consumers.

We are a small team (10) based in the Burleigh Heads/Varsity Lakes area with a focus on building an amazing brand, and enjoying the perks along the way!

About the role

This role is a busy Customer Service position handling inbound calls, emails, social media messages and general customer care duties. The main enquiries on the phone/email include supporting clients in product selection and solutions, both with salons (B2B) and with consumer customers (B2C).

You will be active in supporting our salon clients in growing their business through providing them with the best hair extension products on the market. Clients are at the heart of our business, so we constantly strive to exceed our customers expectations with every interaction!

The role is office, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.

Skills and experience

-Ability to multi task efficiently and always offer 'above and beyond' customer support

-Experience with working within the Shopify backend

-Team player with a great attitude

To be successful in this role you have to have a passion for hair and extensions. Experience in a similar customer service role is a must, along with a background in hair or the hair industry preferred.
