About the Role
We’ve pioneered a new model in Australian real estate — one that closes the gap between sellers and developer-buyers through data, discretion, and structure.
This isn’t a typical sales role — you’ll be part of a company poised to transform the landscape.
You’ll be stepping into:
A guaranteed flow of sellers — with pricing and campaign direction already aligned
Campaigns that often launch immediately post-off-market, giving you momentum from Day 1
A focus on volume, trust, and conversion — not admin, chaos, or lead chasing
Until now, many high-quality opportunities had to be referred out due to internal capacity. This role unlocks that opportunity — giving you access to a consistent pipeline of serious, well-informed vendors who are ready to act and just need the right on-market leadership.
Your role: Run a high-performance campaign, manage vendor expectations with clarity, and close with confidence.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
30 Days: You're confidently managing multiple campaigns using our CLOSER-RE™ system and building vendor trust from Day 1
90 Days: You’ve secured successful sales, built strong vendor rapport, and contributed feedback to refine how the on-market division runs.
180 Days: You’re recognised as a key part of the division’s success, with future growth opportunities in play
Key Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Campaigns: We provide the listing. You run the show.
Vendor Communication & Confidence: Weekly updates, strategic advice, and campaign navigation using our CLOSER-RE™ framework.
Buyer Qualification & Follow-Up: Handle interest with urgency, empathy, and authority.
Campaign Management: Coordinate assets (photos, copywriting, inspections) with ops support.
Leverage Data to Influence Outcomes: Use campaign insights to inform vendor decisions and maintain momentum.

Essential Requirements
Valid Real Estate Agent Representative Certificate (Victoria)
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in residential or project sales
Proven campaign management skills (timelines, touchpoints, trust)
Confident presenting to vendors and managing objections with tact
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Strong digital fluency — CRM, email, cloud-based forms, DocuSign
