The Opportunity
We’re looking for a vibrant and organised Receptionist for our Head office in Osborne Park. You will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with our sales team, service team and warehouse Team to provide a seamless and friendly experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact and the welcoming face (or voice) of the business, greeting customers, suppliers, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage calls and direct inquiries, ensuring every customer gets the help they need.
Process payments and schedule appointments for our friendly sales team.
Handle key administrative tasks, from updating records and invoices to managing mail and banking and service reminders.
Keep the reception area and showroom organised, stocked, and ready to impress!
Stay on top of office supplies and ensure amenities (including the coffee machine) are well-maintained.
Assist with general admin tasks and help keep everything running seamlessly.
Perform additional duties as required.
Assisting the Area Manager with admin tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong customer service skills with a positive “can do” attitude, warm, friendly demeanour, and solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook and general computing skills.
Adaptable to fast-paced, environments with shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
Must hold a valid drivers license.
Bonus points if you have experience in aged care, medical fields, occupational therapy, or a related industry!
Willing to undergo an NDIS screening check and undertake any vaccinations as required by the NDIS.
