Findstaff/ Stockdale are currently seeking multiple Machine Assistants/ Labourers to join our team on an ongoing basis, due to our client expanding their operation we we currently have vacancies on both day shift and night shift.

Our client is based in Western Sydney located in Wetherill park area and are a well know supplier in the ,Labels and flexographic area of the print industry.

You will be working with some of the most recognisable brands on the market producing labels for anything from Automotive, personal care and beauty through to wine and spirits.

Opportunity for someone with labouring or manufacturing experience to jump into a new industry learn some new skills and forge a career in print manufacturing.

What we are looking for ?

• Previous experience in fast paced high speed manufacturing/ food production or packaging.
• Experience in flexographic label printing would be advantageous.
• Must have high level of attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential to your success.
• Willing to work a permanent night-shift 10pm to 6am (Sun to Thurs) or Days Monday to Friday.
• Full working rights within Australia (this is a long term position leading to fulltime employment)
• Available for interview and start as soon as possible.

About you:

• Physically fit, Pushing, pulling, lifting required.
• Safety conscious and the ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Sound communication skills.
• Willing to work in and maintain a clean work space.
• A good attitude and able to work as part of a team.
• Experience in print, Flexo or Labels would be highly regarded.

Remuneration:

Rates $32 - $40 an hour, depending on shift pattern and loading.

Days Monday to Friday 6am to 2 pm

Nights Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6 am.
