About the role

This full-time Architectural Draftsperson role is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at the Jurkovic Group, a fast growing property developer at Dry Creek, SA. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of a wide range of architectural and urban development projects, utilising your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) to produce detailed technical drawings and documentation.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with project requirements and specifications

Interpreting architectural designs and translating them into accurate and comprehensive technical documentation

Maintaining and updating project files and documentation in accordance with company standards

Providing support to the in-house planning and design team throughout the various stages of the architectural design process

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field

Demonstrated experience (minimum 3-5 years) working as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably within a design or architecture firm

Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and other stakeholder agencies

Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
