SAP Implementation Specialist

FourQuarters Recruitment are working with a well-respected business in the financial services sector as they embark on a significant HR and Payroll transformation project. As part of this initiative, this national business are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to play a key role in the implementation of SuccessFactors' Time & Attendance module. This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the core of a major system rollout, shaping the way time, attendance, and payroll rules are configured and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be apart of the implementation of the SuccessFactors Time Management module with a deep technical and functional understanding.
- Configure and advise on work schedules and business processes, particularly around exceptions to standard working hours and the prevention of incorrect penalty payments.
- Build and validate timesheet processes, whether exception-based or weekly submissions.
- Work in the detail of award and pay rules to support accurate payroll outcomes, ensuring SuccessFactors is aligned with specific compliance and operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and the implementation partner to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Provide strong leadership in challenging limitations of the platform, advocating for effective solutions and clearly identifying where standard functionality may need to be customised.
- Support stakeholder education, helping the business understand where SuccessFactors can be tailored to meet legislative and enterprise agreement compliance.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors T/A Systems, ideally within complex and large payroll environments.
- Deep knowledge of award interpretation, penalty rates, and payroll rules, especially within Australian financial services or similarly structured industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and system logic.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
