Core Workplace Objectives

• Budget and purchase food for daily lunches.
• Create a nutritious menu for lunches.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

Workplace Tasking & Key Responsibilities

• Budget and purchasing food to create meals for 30-50 people each day.
• Creating a healthy nutritious menu to support the learning of students.
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
• Preserve and store food and ingredients in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
• Stock management and waste minimisation
• Ensuring all Food Safety and OH&S compliance is achieved
• Clean kitchen and equipment
• Excellent planning and skills and the ability to think on your feet

Remuneration:

• Level 3 (AWCC Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025) $60,160 per annum plus superannuation.
